Restoring The Honor of Our Ancestors – Call to Arms – Spring/2007

As the Americans for the Preservation of American Culture (APAC) begins operations to defend Our Heritage by direct political action, our success is in your hands. We are strictly non-partisan and dedicated to the Preservation of Our Heritage. As a FEC registered Political Action Committee there are no IRS 501-c-3 restrictions, join us in creating a political voice for Preserving Our Heritage.

Our Mission is simple and clear:

To restore public perception of the virtues of our Confederate forefathers and Southern Heritage as one of the foundations of American Liberty, by being a positive influence on the election and appointment of public officials.

Our goals are achievable with your support:

1) Providing both direct and indirect support for favorable candidates for public office, or replacement of hostile officials where appropriate.

2) Facilitating the creation of State PAC’s in selected States by providing knowledge, training, materials and other assistance as feasible.

3) Enhance Heritage Defense efforts by providing lobbying assistance – when needed – and working to retire hostile elected officials.

This is our first Call to Arms listing our plans and ways for you to help make this effort a success.

First Strike: Presidential candidate questionnaire: Many of these candidates have already slandered our Heritage. They need to know that there are citizens who will remember that when they step in the voting booth.

Second Strike: The Second Strike will be candidate questionnaires for the upcoming Mississippi State Legislature this year. (primary election August 7)

Step 1: Generate the candidate list and questionnaire conduct survey and tabulate results.

Step 2: Distribute results widely throughout the State.

Membership: By making any financial contribution you will become a registered member of the APAC. All members who contribute $25.00 or more per year will receive all the publications described below to help keep you, friends and family informed. All members will receive an APAC membership card and have access to the members section of our website.

Internet:  Elected Official Database: An excellent opportunity for those with internet connections to be a valuable volunteer and help restore Our Heritage on your own schedule – right from your home. We need to build a contact database of all elected and appointed officials, media, newspapers and appropriate government agencies across the Confederation. The tools and instructions needed - will be available in the members section of the website beginning in April (click here).

When the need arises, and it does all too often, these databases will give us, supportive organizations and you the ability to respond quickly and thoroughly when Our Heritage comes under attack.

State Legislature Watch: The APAC is strictly a non-partisan, single issue – Restoring The Honor of Our Ancestors – organization. We need to establish a team for each State in the Confederation. Members of these teams will need to be professional, non-partisan, have good communication skills and be able to work with non political and/or political groups where appropriate. The responsibilities will be to monitor legislation, help create Legislative Questionnaires and evaluate the results. As these groups develop we hope they will form the core group for initiating State level PACs that work in association with the APAC. (See Second Strike above).

Publications: As part of our goal of being a positive influence on the election of public officials, our plan is to produce a quarterly newsletter and later a quarterly newspaper to help educate our members on current political situations, lobbying techniques and campaign techniques. If you have writing skills in these areas please consider volunteering. First issue is scheduled for May.

Local Distribution: All politics is local and to be successful all efforts will require local assistance. This can be as simple as informing your family and friends or distributing literature in your locality. Specific plans will be developed with those who volunteer; sign up today and begin working on the changes we need to make to preserve our grandchildren’s birthright.

We are facing a large task and will only be successful if you participate. With your support, step by step we can make the needed changes.

We hope that you will join us now. No amount of time volunteered is too small, no contribution is too small. This is what makes things happen, work and money. Nothing will change by just complaining, a lot can be changed when we pool our resources.
